With their elderly grandparents looking to move back to the area to be closer to family, our clients originally requested an extension to their property to be able to accommodate them. After an initial inspection of the property, we instead recommended a conversion of the existing garage, which was being used as a storage space

Our client wanted to add additional living room to their property to meet the demands of their growing family.  The brief was to create an open plan kitchen diner with a family area, whilst maintaining the lounge as a separate area. The extension opened up the space into the garden, with a flat roof light

Our clients had outgrown the home with a young family but loved the area and didn’t want to move. We created an open plan kitchen/dining and family space to the ground floor with an extra bedroom and en-suite to the first floor. The extension opened up onto the new rear garden, making the external area visible
