Loft Conversion – Llandudno Junction

Garage Conversion – Colwyn Heights

With their elderly grandparents looking to move back to the area to be closer to family, our clients originally requested an extension to their property to be able to accommodate them. After an initial inspection of the property, we instead recommended a conversion of the existing garage, which was being used as a storage space for old toys and belongings. We transformed the garage into an accessible, bright living space, at a budget well under the clients’ initial expectations.

Extension & Alterations 7 – Glan Conwy

Our client wanted to add additional living room to their property to meet the demands of their growing family.  The brief was to create an open plan kitchen diner with a family area, whilst maintaining the lounge as a separate area. The extension opened up the space into the garden, with a flat roof light over the family area providing the much needed light, creating a lovely space that gave the building and the family a new lease of life.

Extension & Alterations 6 – Llanrhos

Our clients had outgrown the home with a young family but loved the area and didn't want to move. We created an open plan kitchen/dining and family space to the ground floor with an extra bedroom and en-suite to the first floor. The extension opened up onto the new rear garden, making the external area visible from all aspects inside to give a safe, private area for the children to enjoy.

Extension & Alterations 5 – Llanrhos

A fantastic space created. Our clients already had visions of what they wanted, we brought that to life. A small infill extension and rear dormer, made this a family home that flows from the front door, through the home and into the rear garden

Extension & Alterations 3 – Craig y Don

The client's brief was to bring the home into current times. We took out the rear walls and opened up the back of the property with a simple, but effective, flat roof extension. The bi-folding doors opened up onto the garden to give an open area where our clients could host family gatherings which flowed out into the external area.

Extension & Alterations 2 – Craig y Don

Our brief was to bring this traditional cottage into current times, without losing its character. The result was an open plan, contemporary living space, its minimalist modern finish carefully juxtaposed against the stone work of the existing building.

Extension & Alterations 1 – Llandudno Junction

Our clients wanted to modernise and extend their newly purchased bungalow - a property that had retained many of its original 1960s features and was in need of a full renovation. The kitchen/diner was opened up to create the space required. A ground floor extension, new staircase and removal of internal walls gave the bungalow a much needed makeover.
